Lonn made everything work. When we had questions, Lonn had answers. When were were tense, he was here to calm us. When it loked like there might be a complicaton, Lonn was hee to make sure things went smoothly. When we had difficulties gathering and copying documents, He was able to help us complete the tasks. We know that buying and selling homes can be very difficult. There ar many people involved in the process. Lonn helped guide us when we neded to coordinate with our real estate agent, our attorney and the AnnieMac staff as welll. Combining all that with the Cash 2 Kes program helped us find a house to buy and find a buyer for our house. It might not have been possible, and in fact, might not have happened if it had not been for this program. Lonn played a major role in making it all work. I reached out to Chuck because he was referred to me by a friend who had great things to say. I will also be referring him to others. Chuck was quick to respond to my initial email and was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions. I was mostly impressed by how knowledgable he was on the market in general, and I really trusted his judgment. He was also very responsive, regardless of the time of day that I needed help. He stopped what he was doing and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently every time. Chuck truly went above and beyond for his service. You don't see too many people like that these days. Chuck also predicted the exact closing date a month ahead of time. That was impressive!
