My experience with Vik was very positive. Buying property can be very stressful when you are in a very competitive market. Vik took time to explain what the mortgage process is actually like. He was patient with all my questions which were at times repetitive. He was also available when needed for clarification every time. I would recommend him to all potential buyers. You will not feel that you are on your own with him. He cares about his clients and tries to help to the best of his abilities. I am very thankful I had him as my lender. It is difficult to find quality lender who actually care about their work and consumer satisfaction.

I wish I knew the amount to save for all closing costs and fees, this made the purchase stressful for me. I think that with the current market I made the purchase at the best time for me, but it is still stressful because I do not have unlimited funds and I work hard at saving and paying all my bills on time.
