Chuck is very knowledgeable and will answer questions you have any time of day. We called him on a weekend with questions and he picked up right away, and even communicated with us while he was on vacation. He walks you through the process, which puts you at ease during the stresses of buying a house. We can’t recommend him enough, Chuck is fantastic!

Chuck Tegano, the mortgage wizard is what makes my experience great. He is not only my loan originator. I consider him a great friend and mentor. Chuck is the furthest thing from a snake oil salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the guidelines with a VA loan, credit, and rates. However, his guidance comes from a place that doesn’t benefit him but his clients financial well-being. He is extremely trustworthy and that seems hard to find these days. I believe Chuck truly cares about my family and I rather than just his own pockets. Give him a call. Anyone I send to him has agreed. I’ll put the money he helps me put back in my pocket on it!

Eric is amazing. First of all, he is extremely relatable and knowledgeable. I always felt like I was in good hands and that he had everything under control. The home buying process can be unpredictable, but there were no surprises working with Eric. Our whole process played out exactly how he said it would. As a second-time homebuyer, I don't take this for granted because that's not always the case. Trust me.
I was so impressed by the professionalism of the Annie Mac team. Everything was done in a timely, seamless manner and there was never a time that my concerns weren't immediately addressed.
