Chuck was with us from the very first step all the way through closing. We were never guessing what the next step would be. He walked us through the process as if we were his only clients and truly made us feel like family. Last summer I was trying to buy a home . I had moved out of the place I was living and it was tough time trying to secure a home with the rising costs and bidding wars . Eric took his time explaining everything to me and was always patient. He was not the "salesman" type, but more of someone who offered information for me to make the best decisions for myself, which I really liked. He was always available and always responsive to my needs and questions. He was always available by phone or text, whichever I preferred.
