Where do I begin? I am extremely thankful to have had Chuck Tegano as my mortgage loan person and in my corner. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint! His professionalism, expertise, kindness, patience, sense of humor, and guidance every step of the way are all things that I am grateful for.
I had so many questions, and he was patient as he answered all of them (sometimes multiple times!). He was always available or got back to me immediately and would check in regularly to see if I had any additional questions. He explained every step of the process and told me what steps would follow next, so that I always knew what was happening and the status of the loan process. I was approved and done with the loan process before we I was out of attorney review!
I cannot say enough good things about Chuck. He is fantastic and I highly recommend him!
