I was originally using another lender, when time became of the essence. Chuck had promised he could get me closed on my new home, within my specific time frame. I had switched immediately after speaking on the phone with him and he absolutely met that promise. He worked with me on off hours, weekends, over the course of holiday weekends, and he never stopped toward fulfilling my goal. He was always diligent to keep the ball rolling and get to the next step, as soon as we checked the box. He was a pleasure to work with, and quite personable. Chuck and his team were outstanding, since day one. I was actually using a different mortgage company at the time, and had immediately switched after being referred to Chuck.
