Knocks it out of the park every time. All leg work done during the preapproval process makes for a very smooth transaction. He works closely with clients on getting them qualified and advising along the way.

Chuck was recommended to me by my mother, who is a real estate agent. Now when I say recommend I'm being polite - it was really more of a command. She said "use Chuck his deals never fall apart" in a tone that didn't leave me a whole lot of choice. I didn't think much of that comment at the time. I bought a house before, everything went smoothly as planned, no big deal. It turns out this is not always the case. We ran into obstacle after obstacle, the seller had issue after issue and was uncooperative the entire time. Every issue you can and can't think of was encountered which was completely unexpected. It's not a good feeling when your closing date is approaching and all seems lost. Chuck and his team were the one thing I didn't have to worry about. They went above and beyond working through these issues, many of which weren't even theirs to resolve, and in the end "it didn't fall apart". I also have to say they are extremely responsive. Chuck makes himself highly available to his clients, even at odd hours responses are almost immediate. I run a business and I understand the self sacrifice it takes to make yourself available to clients in this manner. If I send an email late at night I even add a note I'm sending it late because that's when I had the time - no need to respond right away. I always got a response from Chuck shortly after anyway. They were always on top of things, always in communication keeping me in the loop, and in the end they got it done. I'm pretty confident we wouldn't close without them, and the fact that they stuck with it and saw it through was something we were thankful for on Thanksgiving this year.

Chuck took time out to make us feel welcome and answer our questions as we went through the process for the first time. Chuck made sure we were aware of the various steps and information that we needed to make the process so much easier as we purchased a house for the first time. He also has made himself available after the closing to help us answer any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
