We are so grateful for the service we received from Lonn Vreeland. As new homeowners, we were a bit nervous about the process. Lonn explained everything thoroughly at each step of the way! Besides helping us to feel comfortable, he was professional and knowledgeable. We purchased a mother daughter house, so that my elderly parents can move in. Lonn worked through all the numbers with us right at the beginning, factoring in extended family finances and the future sale of my parents house. His explanation was clear and gave us confidence in knowing how it was all going to work. He also worked amicably with our realtor and attorney, and, last but certainly not least, we closed on our house in 24 days!! All the deadlines were met and more so, we closed a day earlier than expected. We certainly recommend Lonn and the team at Annie Mac to anyone looking to buy a house!

Lonn was the most knowledgeable and sufficient person we dealt with during our loan process. If we had any questions Lonn was there to explain and answer anything. Lonn advocated for us so many times when things were not going as they should and he really worked hard to keep our closing on track. It was a pleasure to work with Lonn and we would absolutely recommend him highly.

I was introduced to Chuck through a close friend and boy am I glad I was! The home buying process is overwhelming, especially for first timers. Chuck walked us through every step of the process and was always there to answer our questions. Chuck was always looking out for us and made sure we locked in our interest rate before they started their steep climb. Chuck helped my fiancé and I through the process of buying our first home. Knowing nothing about it we really thought it was going to be very stressful but we were pleasantly surprised at how easy and seamless the process turned out to be thanks to Chuck. He is amazing! Every time we had a question or were unsure about something Chuck was just a call or a text away to talk us through or explain any questions we may have had. Chuck was always very informative and always kept us aware and ahead of the whole process. We really enjoyed working with Chuck and he always made us feel like we were a team.

I worked with Chuck for my first home purchase, and I cannot imagine working with anyone else for the next one, or speaking highly enough of his work. I knew absolutely nothing about the process, and he walked me through every single step with so much patience. He answered all my questions, gave me a call with a detailed explanation nearly every time I texted him even outside of regular office hours, laid out clear timelines for paperwork so that it was as manageable as possible, went over documents with me line by line, put together monthly payment estimates for different price points/taxes/HOAs for my condo purchase so I could figure out my budget, and connected me to a phenomenal real estate agent. He and the agent worked together with me and my lawyer, and it really felt like I had a team in my corner the whole time. He was unfailingly professional, kind, and knowledgeable, and it really felt like he was rooting for me the whole time. I've been recommending him to all of my friends who are now starting to think about purchasing their first homes as well.

Chuck is very knowledgeable and will answer questions you have any time of day. We called him on a weekend with questions and he picked up right away, and even communicated with us while he was on vacation. He walks you through the process, which puts you at ease during the stresses of buying a house. We can’t recommend him enough, Chuck is fantastic!

Chuck Tegano, the mortgage wizard is what makes my experience great. He is not only my loan originator. I consider him a great friend and mentor. Chuck is the furthest thing from a snake oil salesman. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the guidelines with a VA loan, credit, and rates. However, his guidance comes from a place that doesn’t benefit him but his clients financial well-being. He is extremely trustworthy and that seems hard to find these days. I believe Chuck truly cares about my family and I rather than just his own pockets. Give him a call. Anyone I send to him has agreed. I’ll put the money he helps me put back in my pocket on it!

Chuck far exceeded my expectations. He went above and beyond to get the deal done. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very responsive and professional. I purchased a home back in 2020 with a different lender and was very disappointed, but after working with Chuck, I know that I have someone that I can count on to provide the service and expertise that is required when purchasing a home.
