My experience with Vik was very positive. Buying property can be very stressful when you are in a very competitive market. Vik took time to explain what the mortgage process is actually like. He was patient with all my questions which were at times repetitive. He was also available when needed for clarification every time. I would recommend him to all potential buyers. You will not feel that you are on your own with him. He cares about his clients and tries to help to the best of his abilities. I am very thankful I had him as my lender. This was my first home purchase in a market, where getting VA offers with Zero down payments accepted by sellers is extremely tough. Vik was able to get me approved for Annie Mac’s Cash to Keys Program for Veterans and thru this program, I was able to make a Cash offer to the seller. Vik was extremely helpful thru out the process and communicated well with all parties involved. Prior to closing Vik, was able to get me a VA mortgage with Zero down at a very competitive rate.
