My husband and I started working with Chuck last year when we began searching for a home. He was patient with us throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions (and we had a LOT of questions!) even on weekends, off-hours, and vacations. When we finally found a home this summer, Chuck and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that our home closed on time (he was even able to do a very quick close for us) and that the experience went as smoothly as possible. Selling and buying a home on your own can be very stressful, especially during the holidays... and it was! But having Chuck as my "mortgage guy" reduced my stress levels significantly. His guidance from the start was a welcome relief - he not only walked me through every step of the process, but he also called to give me updates and sent videos of where my loan was in the process and what the next step(s) would be. He looked out for me and was even able to get my locked-in rate, lowered due to market changes. He was available at all times to answer my questions and meet with me to review what was to come. I had a number of frustrations during the overall experience, but none of my frustrations had to do with my mortgage. That was the one thing that went consistently right. I thank Chuck and his team from the bottom of my heart and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that I received during the entire mortgage process. Chuck is professional, responsive, and honest. If you want a loan officer who treats you with the utmost care and respect, Chuck is the answer. Chuck was there for us from day 1 when we toured our first property, through closing (~4 months later). Throughout that entire time, Chuck was knowledgeable, prompt, patient, supportive, and always there for us. We truly felt he was looking out for our best interests, working with us to ensure we understood our options and helping us lock in the best rate possible. I know we’ll definitely work with Chuck on any of our future mortgage or refi needs. We highly recommend you do the same!

Chuck was fantastic. He made the process as easy as can be. Chuck took the time to make sure all questions were answered and if I didn’t fully understand any part of the process he took the time to explain it in simple terms for someone like me who is not knowledgeable in this area. My experience with Vik was very positive. Buying property can be very stressful when you are in a very competitive market. Vik took time to explain what the mortgage process is actually like. He was patient with all my questions which were at times repetitive. He was also available when needed for clarification every time. I would recommend him to all potential buyers. You will not feel that you are on your own with him. He cares about his clients and tries to help to the best of his abilities. I am very thankful I had him as my lender. It is difficult to find quality lender who actually care about their work and consumer satisfaction.
