I recently refinanced my home, and due to Covid and other issues the process took me 11 months. The final person I went through to refinance was Eric Hutton and I can honestly say it was a refreshing experience! He was incredibly responsive with any and every question I had. Not only was he very patient with me, his answers were always informative and easy to understand. If I ever need to get another mortgage or refinance I would 100% go to Eric again. Overall amazing to work with and gets you the best deal!

For the now second time working with Chuck for the purchase of a home I can say that he is extremely consistent. His commitment to the process of helping you buy your first, second or tenth home does not differ. Chuck is knowledgeable about many types of home loans and helps educate you, the buyer to make the best possible decision about what’s right for you.
