After shopping around, I quickly realized Paul was my best option. He was always there to help, easy to get in contact with, even taking calls on weekends or in the evening. Other lenders I worked with took days to get back to me and on top of that Paul got me the best interest rate! I highly recommend Paul if you are shopping for a lender!

Chuck was simply a pleasure to work with. My husband and I began our house search at the height of the pandemic and house hunting was, to say the least, stressful. We purchased our first home with Chuck and we can't sing his praises enough. He was incredibly knowledgable, quick to respond, and kind. He graciously answered any and all questions (and there were a lot!). He was always a phone call away and his help and guidance were so greatly appreciated. He and his team made sure we closed on time, even given the busy and hectic circumstances. We'd recommend Chuck to our closest family and friends, and would definitely use him and his team in the future!

We started the mortgage process with Chuck when looking for our next home. He walked us through everything in great detail and kept everything straight to the point / transparent. He even dealt with us after hours and on weekends because we worked in the city and work late. Since we closed on our house, we have been in touch with Chuck from time to time as mortgage rates continue to be low. We know we can contact him at any time with any questions (and we always have a lot of questions). We did not wind up closing a deal with Chuck because our home is new construction and the builder and their mortgage company had an unfair advantage with the incentives they could offer. Had we bought something that wasn't new construction, Chuck absolutely would have been the one to close the deal for us. We owe Chuck big time for all the time he spent with us! Thanks for everything Chuck!

It's been a little over two weeks since we closed, and we are in the throes of new-homeowner euphoria, moving into such a beautiful house. Slowly, it becomes home for us, a place where we will spend our lives and build a life, together. We would not have considered taking this journey with anyone other than Chuck. Introduced well over a year ago, he immediately afforded us a confidence and flexibility that fit our personalities and trepidations, seamlessly. From the moment we spoke with him, his candid, honest professionalism, knowledge and understanding were strikingly obvious. Every step of the way, with negotiations back then, to renewed discussion this summer, to closing, he was transparent, realistic, informative, and nice. Sometimes, the nice part gets lost with such efficiency, but not with Chuck. His counsel made us realize what was possible for our lives, and what we needed to consider to maintain our dream. Chuck instilled enough confidence in both of us, with facts and reality, to reach for what we wanted, and not settle. For that, we will always be grateful and appreciative. Please extend our thanks to your team at Annie Mac, too, especially Nicole and Mike. Through the lending and closing process, they were so invested, professional, efficient, and also understanding. All three of them made a potentially taxing situation seem almost easy. As first time homeowners, though, I have to stress the word 'almost'. I'm not sure anything could have diverted all of our stress. Also, you could say the taxing part has just begun. Property taxing, I mean...for the next thirty years, at least. Anyway, please accept our gratitude, thanks, and appreciation. Chuck was a major part of one of the most monumental events of our lives, and his knowledge, expertise and loan-side manner made the lending experience smooth and enjoyable.
