Eric is an asset to this organization as his customer service skills are second to none.
As first time homebuyers, he broke everything down to make it much more understandable and returned our (multiple) calls in a timely fashion.
Buying a home is an extremely stressful process, but with Eric, he made the mortgage aspect seamless and easy from pre approval to closing.
Closing can be a bit intimidating as the costs can include many things. Eric went through every line item and even helped lower the closing costs.
As long as he does this as a career, I will only use Eric moving forward.

I needed a fast closing so the kids could be settled in new home and town before school started. Chuck Tegano made that happen. Chuck made this process so simple and helped with the paperwork to make it as seamless as can be. Even with a recent new job, I still was able to get a mortgage with the lowest interest rate I'd ever seen. As far as closing costs and fees, there were no surprises or hidden charges. Chuck went over everything, line by line making sure I understood it all from the beginning. All I can say is that Chuck took a stressful situation and turned it into a process I wouldn't mind going through again with him in the future.
