We were first-time home buyers, and we had gone through two other finance companies but they were not true on their words to provide the financing we needed nor were they thorough. As a first time home buyer having Vik help with the mortgage process was a life saver! He not only got me the best rate out of anyone I looked into (from credit unions to other mortgage companies) but he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process and was always quick to respond. We had a pretty tight close and he made sure I was kept apprised of the status of my mortgage. Even after my close I called him with a quick question and he jumped on the phone to help answer. I would recommend him to anyone needing a mortgage or looking to refinance!

As first-time buyers, it was critical for us to find a lender that we could trust. Eric guided us through the five month lending process. He quickly got us preaaproved, wrote letters advocating on our behalf to sellers as we made offers, and stepped us through the mortgage process once our offer was accepted. No question was too small for him. We are now the proud owners of our first dream home with a 30-year-fixed Fannie Mae mortgage with an interest rate well below 3%. We would highly recommend Eric.

Chuck and his team were beyond any expectations in buying our second home. We used them in our first home search as well and came back for round two. It always felt like Paul and his team put my wife and my home purchase first. He either picked up the phone immediately or got back to me within an hour or two. He was extremely clear and helpful to me as a first time mortgagee and home buyer; he walked me through the entire process and answered every question.
When our closing was pushed back twice, he and his team were able to accommodate. Indeed, when the second time the closing was pushed back, it ran up against our mortgage lock, he was able to work with the lender to extend the lock without a fee.
All in all, extremely helpful, understanding, and collegial person to work with.

I am quite impressed with Vikram's depth of knowledge around not just home mortgage but the overall end to end Home purchase process. I could rely on his inputs as he was very open, logical and frank with his answers. There were several challenges with the purchase and with his advise, I could resolve every single issue.
